Online Catalogue and Logistics – Our online catalogue and logistics solution provides an end-to-end service: on behalf of our clients who are in charge of marketing / brand management, we manage an online catalogue for their internal customers, process the payments, consolidate the orders, pick-and-pack and arrange the deliveries.  Our solution typically interacts with hundreds or even thousands of ‘internal customers’ who order marketing collaterals, stationeries, forms, gifts and premiums for their individuals’ or local markets’ needs. 
    2. Brand Management – We offer bespoke services for brands that manage a large chain of retail points across a city, a country or the entire Asia Pacific; services may include visual merchandising planning, layout services and policing.
    3. Vendor and Procurement Management – We are experts in vendor and procurement management.  As consultants and advisors to our clients, we work with them closely to devise vendor and procurement policies and strategies with the objective of answering to the client organisation’s particular needs and taken into account their circumstances.  We manage the entire procurement process, implement vendor accreditation programme and execute the policies on the client’s behalf.  Using our proprietary vendor management system, Icicle Hub, we manage a wide range of vendors, suppliers and free-lancers over the entire marketing supply chain, providing creative, artwork, videography, photography services all the way to print production, gifts and premiums, roadshow and exhibition services.  We are open to work with our client’s own vendor panel or we are happy to suggest alternatives.  Our methodologies of introducing and implementing a procurement management strategy are proven and tested and have delivered sustainable positive results for our clients over the years.
    4. Workflow Management – We at Icicle are solution providers.  We tailor technology-driven solutions for our clients wherever we identify an opportunity to automate and standardize.  We work on bespoke projects and build proprietary systems that can integrate with client’s infrastructure.  Our solutions are geared towards delivering cost efficiencies and sustainable savings for our clients.

      1. Case study 1: AXA rebranding – a major insurance company had to launch a rebranding exercise which involved over 200 items to be produced from artwork adaptation to delivery.  Icicle managed the entire process with client’s total satisfaction.
      2. Case study 2: DTZ business card – a global real estate solutions provider and facilities manager with over 15 offices across China hired us to develop and implement an online stationery ordering system in order to ensure brand alignment and generate savings.  Through a user-friendly secured online ordering system, the client’s internal users in different offices are able to order localized business card and artwork and approve PDF proofs on-the-fly.
      3. Case study 3: AXA Online Catalogue - a major insurance company outsourced the entire marketing collaterals and giveaway ordering system together with logistics and delivery to Icicle for lower costs and great efficiencies.
      4. Case study 4: Citibank secured data handling – a global bank appointed Icicle to handle its direct mail with customers’ confidential data.  Icicle’s stringent information security policy and air-tight workflow ensure that the bank’s and it customer’s data is handled with strict confidentiality.
    2. Retail Chains and FMCG [brand consistency, speed to market and low cost]
      1. Case study 1: Mannings print management – one of the largest retail chains in Hong Kong has been using Icicle’s service for over 10 years to meet its regular and ad hoc POS and visual merchandising printing needs.  The services include pick and pack of POS materials for individual store, delivery and logistics, store enquiry hotline, urgent round-the-clock campaign execution and advisory on production specifications at concept stage.
      2. Case study 2: Wrigley – POS design and art – we implemented an automated artwork generation system for this leading FMCG brand to shorten their lead time to market for their regular POS materials and allow the brand managers to focus on more strategic activities.
      3. Case study 3: A brand in the UK sources products from multiple manufacturers in Asia, particularly in Southern China.  The manufacturers each work with their own printers for the packaging production, resulting in inconsistency of colour and paper standards, affecting the brand equity.  The brand turns to Icicle for consolidated packaging production management and the subsequent distribution of the packaging to the manufacturers.  The client has since enjoyed overall savings, better control and accountability for colour standards, paper standards and corporate social responsibility.

We collaborate with leading brand consultants to develop and produce bespoke marketing collaterals for property developers, hotels and restaurants.  Our designers and production managers are involved at the very early stage of concept initiation to advise on use of paper, medium, finishing effects etc., and throughout the process, we put in tremendous R&D efforts to explore different ways of printing on special materials, binding and special finishing.  The result is a very high quality collection of collaterals which properly reflects the character and luxury sentiment of the properties that are being marketed.
