When investigated on the poverty and population issues in Inner Mongolia, I recognized the energy shortage was the fundamental cause of impoverishment. Therefore, I recommended the local government to adjusting industrial structure and attracting energy investment in my report.当我在内蒙研究贫困和人口问题时，我发现能源短缺是过度贫困的根本原因。我在提交给地方政府的调研报告中建议调整产业结构和吸引能源投资。Increasing energy supply and improving resources accessibility are the keys to solve these problems.我发现增加能源供给和提高能源的可达性是改善这些问题的核心。 When involved in the investment planning, I emphasized the importance of distributed clean energy, which meets the power demand in remote and poverty areas.
