Good morning to all of you. As we see 2013 comes to a close, I wish to spend a few minutes to come back to you and look up where we are and how we look towards the works in 2014.

And most importantly, continuous efforts everywhere in the organization to effectively implement our transformation initiatives in order to secure a stronger platform to drive sustainable and prosperous growth for our future, in order to get ourselves fit to deliver more in the years to come.

So plenty of changes. As many times said, Merck Serono’s transformation is really on its way. Of course we are not there yet. But I believe looking back we have plenty of things we have achieved collectively. We should be pleased with that.
