供货商应在合同规定的时间内提供气动提升式切换球阀, 每台球阀的供货范围应包括但不限于以下内容:
1)球阀本体及气动执行机构;
2)气动三联件(包括过滤器、油雾器、压力表)、所有气源管线及相关连接件;
3)隔爆电磁阀及隔爆阀位开关;
4)阀门安装所需的对应法兰、螺栓、螺母、垫片;
5)维修所需的专用工具。
投标商认为需要配套提供的其它附属设备和零件,供货商有义务加以说明,以供业主选择。
Supplier shall provide pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve within the time period prescribed in the contract. Supply scope of every ball valve shall include but not limited to:

2) Pneumatic units (including filter, atomized lubricator, pressure), all air source pipelines and related connections;
3) Explosive-proof solenoid valve and explosive-proof valve position switch;
4) Corresponding flanges, bolts, nuts and gaskets used for valve installation;
5) Special tools used for repairing.
Tenderer believes that supplier has obligations to explain other matched accessory equipments and parts required to be provided to owner to select.
4 技术规定
4 Technical specifications
4.1 气动提升式切换球阀安装在2区、ⅡB组(依据IEC/Cenelec的分区)防爆户外场所,温度等级为T4,防护等级应不低于IP65。
4.1 Pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve is installed explosive-proof outdoor location of 2nd area and II B group (based on area division of IEC/Cenelec), temperature class is T4, and protection class shall not lower than IP65.

4.3 总的要求
4.3 General requirements
1) 本技术要求只适用于 (分子筛脱水工艺)所用的气动提升式切换球阀。供货商应根据本工程的实际情况以及相应的技术要求,设计、制造、集成和提供气动提升式切换球阀。要求气动提升式切换球阀为防火安全型。
1) The technical requirements are only applicable to pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve used in (molecular sieve dehydration process). Supplier shall design, manufacture, integrate and supply pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve based on actual situation of this project and relevant technical requirements. It is required that pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve is fire protection type.
2) 对于每台阀门的阀体材质,应选用适合环境温度及工艺条件的材料。与介质接触的所有部件的材质应使用适于介质的材料制造,要符合NACE MRO175的有关规定。
2) As for material of every valve’s body, the material which is suitable for ambient temperature and process conditions shall be selected. Material of all components which contact with medium shall be suitable for medium and conform to related regulations stipulated in NACE MRO175.
3) 每个阀门和执行机构组合体的选型计算书应提交给业主和设计方。
3) Selection calculation sheet for every valve and actuating mechanism assembly shall be submitted to owner and design party.
4) 执行机构和阀门应在装配后整体供货。气动提升式切换球阀所属的有关隔爆电磁阀、阀位开关、气动执行机构、气动三联件等附件应与所选用的切换阀类型、尺寸等相配套,并作为阀的一个组成部分,由气动提升式切换球阀供货商配套提供,向业主统一供货,并在气动提升式切换球阀发货前由工厂进行组装并对全部功能进行合格测试。执行机构及其附件应能防沙尘的影响。
4) Actuating mechanism and valves shall be supplied as a whole after assembling. Accessories of pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve, such as explosive-proof solenoid valve, valve position switch, pneumatic actuating mechanism, pneumatic units, shall be matched with selected switching valve’s type, size and etc., and act as a constituent part of the valve. Such accessories shall be supplied by supplier of pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve to owner, assembled by factory and all their functions shall be tested as qualified before delivery of pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve. Actuating mechanism and its accessories shall not be affected by dust.
5) 本技术要求为所用气动提升式切换球阀的主要技术性能和检验要求,并不包括气动提升式切换球阀及执行机构设计、制造、测试、总装和发运所应遵循的所有技术文件,供货厂商还应提供详尽的技术文件,经业主确认后,方可按本技术要求和执行标准进行生产、检验,并对气动提升式切换球阀配套的完整性、可操作性、适用性负责。
5) This technical requirements are the main technical parameters and inspection requirements for pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve, excluding all technical documents which must be followed by design, manufacturing, test, final assembly and delivery of pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve. Supplier shall provide detailed technical documents. Conduct production and inspection in accordance with this technical requirement and executed standards upon owner’s confirmation. Supplier also shall be responsible for completeness, operability and applicability of pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve.
6) 所采购的气动提升式切换球阀的规格、数量以及详细参数见气动提升式切换球阀计算数据表。
6) Please refer to calculation data sheet of pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve for specification, quantity and detailed parameters of procured pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve.
7) 每个气动提升式切换球阀均应适应现场的全天候运行操作。
7) Every pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve shall adapt to operation all the time on site.
8) 气动提升式切换球阀必须充分考虑到介质中携带的分子筛颗粒造成的阀芯、阀座与球面的磨损,应做好必要的硬度处理。同时供货商必须提供充分证明和同类工况的使用业绩。
8) It is necessary to fully consider the abrasion of valve spool, valve seat and ball surface caused by molecular sieve particles carried by medium, and so make necessary hardness treatment. In addition, supplier must provide sufficient evidences and using achievements in the same working condition.
9) 隔爆电磁阀、隔爆阀位开关、气动执行机构应按照阀门在最恶劣的操作条件下工作进行选择,应充分考虑工况及环境温度的影响,并且要求有一定的安全系数。执行机构整体组装应该是密封的,适合于户外操作。
9) Explosive-proof solenoid valve, explosive-proof valve position switch, pneumatic actuating mechanism shall be selected on the condition that valve works under the worst operation situation, fully consider effect of working condition and ambient temperature, and it is required to have certain safety coefficient. Integral assembly of actuating mechanism shall be sealed and suitable for outdoor operation.
4.4 阀门:
4.4 Valve
1) 为了达到无摩擦的操作方式,开启阀门时阀杆应首先提升使阀球倾斜与阀座脱离接触,然后阀杆驱动阀球转动达到开启位置。关闭阀门时应使阀杆带动阀球在不接触阀座的情况下转动,然后阀杆下降压迫阀球压紧在阀座上。
1) In order to achieve no-abrasive operation mode, when open valve, valve stem firstly lifts valve ball and make it incline for out of contact with valve seat, then valve stem drives valve ball to move to reach opening position. When close valve, make valve stem drive valve ball to move on the condition of out of contact with valve seat, then valve stem goes down and oppress valve ball to tightly compress on the valve seat.
2) 阀杆下端驱动阀球的部分应为前后平行的楔型面,并通过阀球上嵌入的一组不锈钢或合金材质的阀芯销钉驱动阀球转动并脱离或压紧阀座。
2) The part which is driven by the lower end of valve stem shall be wedge surface with front and rear edges in parallel, and a group of valve spool pins in stainless steel or alloy embedded in the valve ball drive valve ball to move and separate from or tightly compress valve seat.
3) 拆卸阀门内部零件应通过拆卸阀门顶装式的阀盖实现。
3) Dismantling parts inside valve shall be realized through dismantling valve’s top-mounted valve cover.
4) 阀球应设计为固定球式并内嵌阀球销钉和支撑销钉,销钉应为可更换设计。
4) Valve ball shall be designed as fixed ball type with embedded with valve ball pins and supporting pins. Such pins shall be designed as replaceable.
5) 阀杆和阀球的位置应由阀杆导销与阀杆轨道的配合来控制。阀杆导销必须可以从外部拆卸。
5) Positions of valve stem and valve ball shall be controlled by coordination of valve stem guide pins and valve stem rails. Valve stem guide pins must be able to be dismantled from outside.
6)阀位指示器应为与提升式阀杆相连接的钢质杆状指示器。
6) Vale position indicator shall be steel rod-shaped indicator connected with lifting-type valve stem.
7) 手轮或轴承的固定应使用螺栓或螺母压紧,不允许使用弹性卡环,顺时针转动手轮时阀门关闭。
7) Hand wheel or bearings shall be fastened by bolts or nuts; flexible clasp is not allowed. Valve is closed if move hand wheel in clockwise direction.
8) 操作阀门的顶装手轮或侧装齿轮箱手轮在关紧阀门时全全压差下能达到零泄漏并应能正常操作,手动操作力不大于200N。
8) When valve is tightly closed, operated valve’s top-mounted hand wheel or side-mounted gearbox’s hand wheel can reach zero leakage and can be normally operated under full pressure difference. Manual operation force shall not more than 200N.
9) 阀体上应有铭牌和流向标志,并且阀体上应设有吊装用吊环。
9) There shall be nameplates and signs of flow direction on the valve body. Valve body shall be set with lifting rings for lifting.
10) 球阀应设有支座或支腿,便于安装。
10) Valve ball shall be set with support or leg for easy installation.
11) 阀门要求采用全通径,阀芯不得缩径,满足数据表的流量要求。
11) Valve is required to adopt full bore type; valve stem is not allowed to adopt reduced bore, satisfying requirements for flow stipulated in data sheet.
12)阀体材质:LCC低温碳钢(供货商应根据工况条件及环境温度核实该材质是否适用于本工程)。
12) Material of valve body: LCC low temperature carbon steel (supplier shall check whether this material is suitable for this project according to working conditions and ambient temperature).
13)阀球表面应堆焊硬质合金,以满足工况要求(供货商应根据工况条件及环境温度核实阀芯材质是否适用于本工程)。
13) Valve ball’s surface shall be welded with hard alloy through overlaying welding to satisfy requirements of working conditions (supplier shall check whether material of valve spool is suitable for this project according to working conditions and ambient temperature).
14)阀门要求零泄漏,为高性能、国外生产厂生产。
14) Valve is required to be zero leakage and manufactured by foreign manufacturers with high performance.
15)由供货商根据温度确定是否采用伸长型阀杆,投标书必须对阀门的使用温度进行说明,以保证阀门在高温下的使用性能。
15) Supplier is responsible for determine whether extension valve stem is to be used or not according to temperature. Valve’s working temperature must be explained in the bidding documents, so as to ensure working performance of valve under high temperature.
16) Valve shall be failure lockup valve.
4.5气动执行机构
4.5 Pneumatic actuating mechanism
1) 执行机构应包括气动驱动装置、电磁阀、阀位开关、气动三联件等,气动驱动装置应为低温气缸或者膜片。
1) Actuating mechanism shall include pneumatic driving device, solenoid valve, valve position switch, pneumatic units and etc. Pneumatic driving device shall be low-temperature cylinder or membrane.
2) 执行机构的行程/扭矩要求取决于:
— 该阀门尺寸;
— 该阀门结构及类型(等级系列);
— 阀前后最大压差;
— 操作温度和环境温度;
— 管线内流体类型;
— 阀杆尺寸;
— 管线工作压力等。
决定执行机构选择的其它因素有阀门开关速度、控制方式等,阀杆行程和需要的扭矩应从阀门制造商获得。执行机构的输出力矩的大小应能操作最恶劣操作条件下的阀门。执行机构输出力矩要留一定的安全系数,以保证在最大压差下平稳操作阀门。
2) Actuating mechanism’s stroke / torque requirements depend on:
- This valve’s size;
- This valve’s structure and type (class and series);
- Maximum pressure difference before and after operation of valve;
- Operation temperature and ambient temperature;
- Fluid type inside pipelines;
- Valve stem’s size;
- Pipeline’s working pressure and so on.
Other factors determining the selection of actuating mechanism are speed of valve switch, control mode and etc. Valve stem’s stroke and required torque can be obtained from valve manufacturer. Output moment value of actuating mechanism shall be suitable for valves operated under the worst operation condition. Output moment of actuating mechanism shall keep out certain safety coefficient, to ensure stable operation of valve under maximum pressure difference.
3) 开关型执行机构的定位精度应高于1%,重复精度和迟缓率不大于全行程的1%,死区应可以调整。
3) Switch-type actuating mechanism’s positioning accuracy shall be high than 1%, repeat accuracy and delay rate shall be not more than 1% of the whole stroke, dead zone can be adjusted.
4)除特殊要求外,阀门的开、关时间应小于30秒。
4) Except for special requirements, valve’s opening and closing time shall be less than 30s.
5)配带操作手轮。

6)在安装过程中,执行机构应能根据需要改变相对于阀门的方位。
6) During installation, actuating mechanism shall be able to change position relative to valve.
7)执行机构的供气压力为:0.4MPa~0.6MPa(g)。执行机构应保证在0.4 MPa的气源压力下,气动执行机构在全压差下依然可以动作。
7) Air supply pressure of actuating mechanism: 0.4Mpa~0.6Mpa (g). Actuating mechanism shall guarantee that air actuating mechanism still can operate under full pressure difference when air source pressure is 0.4Mpa.
4.6电磁阀及阀位开关
1)推荐采用ASCO等类似品牌的低温双电控二位五通隔爆电磁阀, 防爆标志:ExdⅡBT4,信号电压:24V DC;
2)电磁阀材质为不锈钢,带防爆接线盒(开、关信号各1个接线盒,接线盒带接线端子),电磁阀与防爆接线盒为一体式,电气连接尺寸:1/2”NPT(内);
3)采用磁耦合原理的隔爆型开/关双阀位开关,防爆标志:ExdⅡBT4,触点容量:24V DC, 5A,两个阀位信号共用1个防爆接线盒(带接线端子),电气连接尺寸:3/4”NPT(内)。
4.6 Solenoid valve an valve position switch
1) It is recommended to adopt low-temperature dual electronic controlled 5/2 way explosive-proof solenoid valve in ASCO or similar brand. Explosive sign: Exd II BT4, signal voltage: 24V DC;
2) Material of solenoid valve is stainless steel, with explosive-proof junction box (1 junction box for each opening signal and closing signal, junction box with connecting terminals), solenoid valve and explosive-proof junction box are integrated, electric connection size: 1/2’’NPT (inner);
3) Adopt explosive-proof open/close dual-valve-position switch in magnetic coupling principle, explosive sigh: Exd II BT4, contact capacity: 24V DC, 5A, two valve position signals use 1 explosive-proof junction box together (with connecting terminals), electric connection size: 3/4’’NPT, (inner).
4.7气动三联件及附件
1)气动三联件带有压力表、过滤减压阀、油雾器及接头;
2)气路管线及接头全部采用316SST;
3)气路管线和接头应留充足的备用量;
4)气连接口的尺寸为:3/8”NPT(内)。
4.7 Pneumatic units and accessories
1) Pneumatic units are equipped with pressure gauge, filtering relief valve, atomized lubricator and joint;
2) All air pipelines and joints adopt 316SST;
3) Air pipelines and joints shall have sufficient reverses;
4) Size of air connecter: 3/8’’NPT (inner).
4.8法兰、螺栓、垫片
1)要求提供阀门的配对法兰、螺栓、螺母、垫片;
2)配对对焊法兰为Ⅲ级锻件,法兰材质应与工艺管道材质保持一致,工艺管道的尺寸及材质见附件1;
3)双头螺栓:35CrMoA;
4)螺母:30CrMoA;
5)垫片:不锈钢缠绕式垫片,按用量的提供300%提供。
4.8 Flange, bolt, nut
1) It is required to provide matched flanges, bolts, nuts and gaskets;
2) Matched welding neck flange is III grade forged piece. Material of flange shall be in line with that of process pipelines. Please refer to Appendix 1 for size and material of process pipelines;

4) Nut: 30CrMoA;
5) Gasket: stainless steel spiral wound gasket, provided as 300% of consumption.

4.9其他要求
1)阀门的垫片不组装运输。
2)提供阀门的现场服务,指导解决安装、投运中的问题。
3)投标商应对数据表中的数据及阀门口径进行核实,确保阀门的工作性能。
4)供货商提供的气动提升式切换球阀及其附件,必须满足工况条件及环境温度的要求。
4.9 Other requirements
1) Valve’s gaskets are not transported after assembly;
2) Provide valve’s field service, and provide guidance to solve problems happening during installation and operation;
3) Tenderer shall check data and valve bore stipulated in data sheet to ensure working performance of valve;
4) Pneumatic lifting-type switching ball valve and its accessories provided by supplier must satisfy requirements of working conditions and ambient temperature.
