Connect the side pillar parts with the installed roof parts, that is, connect the upper end of side pillar with the connection corn of the eaves. P系列篷房的固定方式有四种：1、承重盘压重固定（适用任何能承受一定压力的地面）；将组装好的承重柱上的基座孔与承重盘上的螺丝孔对齐用螺栓加垫片紧固，在承重盘上压重物，压重物不低于200kg，压好后罩承重罩。（加片断）2、膨胀螺丝固定（适用水泥地面）；将组装好的承重柱上的基座孔与水泥地面用膨胀螺丝连接，水泥地面水泥厚度不小于15cm，每个基座底盘两颗膨胀螺丝。3、钢钎固定（适用土地、草地）；将组装好的承重柱上的基座孔与地面用通过钢钎连接，钢钎(20)带尖的一端对应基座上的孔，用铁锤敲击到底，每个基座上2根钢钎。 4、 承重地板固定。将地钢架先与承重柱下端连接并用螺丝固定，将承重地板压在地钢架上，把承重地板铺设完整调平（2：29---2：38加照片说明篷房固定方式）
There are four kinds of fixing methods for P serial tents: 1. Take the weight of supporting tray to fix (is suit for any ground capable of bearing a certain pressure); align the assembled pedestal hole of king tower with the screw holes on the supporting tray and fasten with bolts and gasket, press on the supporting tray with heavy object not less than 200kg and cover the bearing cover after pressing. 2. Use expansion bolt to fix (which applies to the cement ground); connect the assembled pedestal hole of king tower to the cement ground with expansion bolts, and the cement thickness of the cement ground is not less than 15cm，each of the chassis of the pedestal uses two expansion bolts. 3. Use steel chisel to fix（which applies to soil and meadow）；connect the assembled pedestal hole of king tower to the ground with steel chisel，with the pointed end of which (20) corresponds to the holes on the pedestal，knocked into the bottom by hammer with two steel chisels on each of pedestal. 4. Use bearing floor to fix. Connect the ground steel frame to the lower end of the king tower at first and fix with screws, then press the bearing floor on the ground steel frame and lay the bearing floor completely and leveling.（2：29---2：38加照片说明篷房固定方式）
将对应篷布上的挂扣划入横梁的槽内，再将篷布两端的卡条，穿入承重柱的槽内，中间拉链对应拉下即可（2：38---3：11）
Slide the buckle on the corresponding awnings into the groove of the beam, then penetrate the card strips on both ends of the awnings into the grooves of the king tower, and pulling down the middle zip accordingly will be ok. （2：38---3：11）
将屋顶篷布四角粘贴扣粘贴牢固（3：11---3：21）

S系列篷房搭建
Setting up of S serial tents
将S系列篷房斜梁与边墙承重柱摆放于地面，注意材料轻拿轻放（0：00---0：17）
Put the oblique beam of S serial tents king tower of the side walls on the ground, pay attention to handle materials with care. （0：00---0：17）
将地盘基座与承重柱连接，并用螺栓固定（借用P系列（1：48---1：52）的片断）
Connect the pedestal of the ground tray to the king tower and fix with bolts. （借用P系列（1：48---1：52）的片断）
将屋脊连接角与两侧斜梁连接，并用螺栓固定（0：17---0：27）
Connect the connection corn of the ridge to the oblique beams of both sides and fix with bolts. （0：17---0：27）
将屋檐连接角与边墙承重柱另一侧连接，边墙承重柱与屋檐连接角另一侧连接并用螺栓固定（0：27---0：40少镜头）
Connect the connection corn of the eave to another side of king tower of the side walls, and connect the king tower of the side walls to another side of connection corn of the eave and fix with bolts （0：27---0：40少镜头）
待所有结构拼装完毕后，竖起第一组框架后由专人把稳扶好（插母片立第一组框架的片断）
竖起第二组框架（0：40---0：48）
After all the structures are sticked, hold firmly by special man after erecting the first group of frames. Then erect the second group of frame. （0：40---0：48）
用加固横梁将竖起的两组框架进行连接并安装屋檐方管（加入母片安装屋檐方管的镜头）（0：48---1：19）
Connect two groups of erected frames with reinforced beam and install eave square tubes.（0：48---1：19）
安装屋面方管时，先将方管的弯钩端挂入屋脊的挂扣，再使用叉杆将屋面方管的另一端挂入另一组框架的屋脊挂扣内（1：19---1：28）
When installing the roofing square tubes, hitch the hook end of the square tubes in the buckles of ridge, then use fork lever to hitch the other end of the roofing square tubes into the ridge buckles of another group of frame. （1：19---1：28）
再将屋檐方管的弯钩端挂入屋檐连接角的挂扣内,竖起随后单元框架并将屋檐方管的直钩端挂入另一组框架的屋檐连接角挂扣内（1：28---1:38）
Then hitch the hook end of the eave square tubes into the buckles of the eave connection corn, erect the following unit frames and hitch the straight hook end of the eave square tubes into the eave connection corn buckles of another group of frame. （1：28---1:38）
安装下一单元的屋面方管依此类推，注意：每隔三个单元必须安装一组加固横梁（1：38---1：46）

将底盘基座与山墙中柱连接，将山墙中柱有直柄端插入屋脊连接角上的挂扣，螺栓穿过直柄上的孔，卡在挂扣上；再将左右悬挂管的一头带弯钩端挂入中柱上的挂扣中，另一端挂入屋檐连接角上的挂扣中即可。另一边左右悬挂管相同方法安装即完成。（1：46---2：22）
Connect the pedestal of the chassis to the center post of the gable, insert the end with straight handle of the center post of the gable into the buckles of the ridge connection corn, and the bolts penetrate the holes of the straight handle to clamp on the buckles; then hitch one end with hook end of left and right suspended tubes, and another end into the buckles of the eave connection corn will be ok. The other side of the left and right suspended tubes will be installed according to the same method.

用专用牵引绳挂住篷布上面的拉环，再将牵引绳放向篷房的另一面，再将篷布的两边穿条分别穿入两边的斜梁对应划槽中，用牵引绳向反方向均衡用力牵引到位（3：28---3：56）

将弧形拉伸杆插入篷布两边的特制叠逢中，连接短竿与弧形拉伸杆连接，再将屋檐丝杆插入连接角或连接杆上的对应孔中，在把屋檐丝杆紧固使篷布收紧（3：56---4：15）
Insert the arc stretch rod into the special folds of the both sides of the awning connect the connecting short rod to arc stretch rod, then insert the eave screw rod into the corresponding holes on the connection corn or connection rod, then fast the eave screw rod to tighten the awning.

随后单元屋顶篷布与边墙篷布的安装同第一单元（4：15---结束）
The installation of the roofing awning and side wall awning of the following units is the same with those of the first unit.  （4：15---结束）
（插入M系列三角篷布安装录像，安装完毕插入照片）将三角篷布安装穿条传入斜梁划槽中，将中间拉链拉下。用对应的拉伸杆、拉紧器将篷布调平拉紧即可。
Transmit the installation strips of the triangle awning the sliding groove of the oblique beam and pull down the central zip. It will be ok that using the corresponding stretch rod and tensioner to level and tighten the awning.
 
 
 
 
G、M、L系列篷房搭建
Setting up of G, M and L serial tents
（0：00----1：26）根据使用的篷房规格，尺寸大小对整体篷房搭建进行布局。首先在搭建场地进行放样，所有的基座底盘必须在一个水平线上，不平的要事先垫平。确定所有基座位置，保证跨度与边墙的尺寸。定位完成后根据适用的固定方式对每个底盘基座与承重盘或地面固定，每个承重点不低于1500kg（6：32—6：49）使用承重固定方式的安装承重罩（加照片说明其他固定方式2、膨胀螺丝固定（适用水泥地面）；将组装好的承重柱上的基座孔与水泥地面用膨胀螺丝连接，水泥地面水泥厚度不小于15cm，每个基座底盘至少4颗膨胀螺丝。3、钢钎固定（适用土地、草地）；将组装好的承重柱上的基座孔与地面用通过钢钎连接，钢钎带尖的一端对应基座上的孔，用铁锤敲击到底，每个基座上至少4根钢钎。）
（0：00----1：26）Make arrangement for the setting up of the entire tents according to the specifications and sizes of the used tents. At first, carry out staking out at the setting up site, and all the chassis of pedestals must be in one horizontal line, the uneven one shall be leveled up in advance. Confirm the positions of all the pedestals so as to ensure the size of span and side walls. After completing orientation, fix each of the pedestal of chassis to supporting tray or ground according to the applicable fixing method with each of bearing point not less than 1500kg

（1：38---1：49；2：38—2：40）将承重柱内置件的销孔与基座销孔对准并插入圆柱销在用R型卡锁住。以次类推，完成全部连接安装。
（1：38---1：49；2：38—2：40）Align the pin holes of interior pieces of king tower with the those of pedestal and insert into the cylindrical pin, then clamp with R type card. Going on like that. Complete all the connection assembly.
（1：49—2：05，2：21—2：30；2：40—2：51）将承重柱与斜梁组装对齐孔位后，用螺栓紧固2：05—2：08删除）

（2：57—3：21）将二根起重带分别装在斜梁上，用牵引设备（如：起重机、叉车等）通过牵引索与斜梁的正确安全的连接，竖起第一组框架，竖起第一组框架时，必须先用十字撑固定。
（2：57—3：21）Install two hoisting belts on the oblique beams respectively, use traction equipments (such as crane, fork and so on) to erect the first group of frame through correct and safe connection of traction cable and oblique beam. When erecting the first group of frame , cross brace must be used to fix.
（2：43-2：50；2：22-2：35；2：35-2：38删除；2：38-2：43）将十字撑杆先与基座连接，用圆柱销和开口销锁住。再将另一头举起与承重柱上面的连接板上对应孔连接，用螺栓紧固。
（2：43-2：50；2：22-2：35；2：35-2：38删除；2：38-2：43）Connect the cross brace with the pedestal at first and lock with cylindrical pin and split pin. Then lift the other end to connect to the corresponding holes of the connection plate on the king tower and tighten with bolts.
（2：50-4：27）将屋檐方管带弯钩一头，先行挂入已竖立的框架对应的挂扣内，将第二组框架竖起后，再举起另一端挂入对应的挂扣内左右两边需对应进行。
（2：50-4：27）Hitch the hook end of eave square tube in the corresponding buckle of the erected frame in advance. After erecting the second group of frame, then lift the other end to hitch in the corresponding buckle, the left and right side shall be hitched correspondingly.
（4：27—4：38）安装另外一条十字撑。必须两面对应安装十字撑。联体篷房间隔3间边墙面两侧各安装1对十字撑，以次类推。篷房首尾单元必须安装十字撑。

（4：42—4：54）将屋面方管带弯钩的一头，先行挂入斜梁挂扣内，再用专用叉杆，将方管另一头举起，挂入另一方的斜梁的挂扣内，以此类推，完成其余方管安装及全部框架的竖立。注意：必须使方管钩子完全进入挂扣内，否则会产生脱落造成人员伤害。

（5：16—5：43）Put the top awning under each of unit, open the package of awning and put the awning on the prepared mat so as to avoid fouling. Throw two special draw cords to the other side of the roofing of the unit, then connect the draw cords to the iron ring on both sides of awning, the other end pull the two ropes at the same time, when pulling to the oblique beam of roofing, respectively insert the strip part on the both sides of awning into the corresponding grooves of the oblique beam at the same time without sliding out.
（5：43—6：05）拉到一定位置时分别在两边穿入顶篷布拉伸杆， 2个单元之间连接的顶篷拉伸杆中间需穿入连接短杆，并用拉紧螺杆紧固。

（7：20---7：37）三角篷布为1对，二块，必须分开以单块安装。将三角篷布边上的穿条，穿在山墙一侧斜梁的槽中，从下往上拉，直至到屋脊为至。两块安装完毕后，用三角篷布连接杆，将两块三角篷布的穿条穿入三角连接杆槽内从上往下拉到底。
（7：20---7：37）The triangle awning cosists of two pieces (a pair ), which must be separated to install with single piece. Penetrate the groove of oblique beam on one side of gable and pull up from bottom to top until to the ridge. After installed two pieces, penetrate the strip of two triangle awning into the groove of he triangle connection rod and pull from top to the bottom with the connection rod of triangle awning.

玻璃墙或硬体墙的安装
Installation of glass wall or hard wall
（8：00-8：05添加母片镜头，速度放慢）将玻璃墙或硬体墙地钢梁与基座底盘连接放好
（8：00-8：05添加母片镜头，速度放慢）Connect the ground girder and pedestal chassis and put well.
（8：05—8：10）将玻璃墙、硬体墙边墙连接柱与边墙承重柱用螺栓连接，连接完全部连接柱。
（8：05—8：10）Bolt the side wall connection post and side wall bearing post of glass wall and hard wall, and connect the all the connection posts completely.
（8：11-8：16）将T型玻璃墙、硬体墙连接柱上方的直柄插入屋檐悬挂管，将T型柱的下方插入地钢梁，连接完全部T型连接柱。
（8：11-8：16）Insert the straight handle of the upper connection post of T glass wall and hard wall into eave suspended tube, and insert the downside of T type post into ground girder. Connect all the T type connection posts completely.
（8：16—8：29添加母片镜头，速度放慢）将玻璃墙竖起放在预先安装好的地钢梁上，并将两侧放入两根连接柱内，用玻璃墙专用卡固定好。
（8：16—8：29添加母片镜头，速度放慢）Erect the glass wall to put on the preinstalled ground girder and put both sides into two connection posts and fix well with special clips of glass wall.
（8:30-8：33添加母片镜头，速度放慢）同玻璃墙安装一样顺序，最后用玻璃墙专用卡固定好。

⑸篷布清洗，可采用弱碱性洗涤剂进行擦洗，避免使用尖锐的硬质物体过度的擦划，以免造成损坏。如有小范围破损可采用同类材料用胶水进行粘合修复。

⑴如遇狂风暴雨、暴雪、沙尘暴等，应及时做好现场维护工作，随时关注气象变化，对屋顶篷布的积水等状况，视情况采用室内用顶杆类物件顶升篷布，助泻积水、积雪等。同时关闭所有的边墙，为减少篷房风力作用，尽可能地在迎风面加设牵引索，加固篷房的抗风能力。如还不能抵御该自然灾害危及篷房的安全，则必须快速拆卸篷房的屋顶篷布及边墙篷布，减小风阻。
